How to formalize trust management?

When booking at refundable rates for up to 7 nights: <ul><li>If canceled more than 48 hours before check-in time, 100% of the amount paid for the stay will be refunded. 
</li><li>If the reservation is canceled less than 48 hours before check-in time, a late cancellation fee of up to 2 days' payment will be charged. 
</li><li>In case of no-show, a no-show fee will be withheld in the amount of up to 2 days of payment for accommodation.</li><li>In case of early departure after check-in, an early departure fee will be withheld in the amount of up to 2 days of payment for accommodation in excess of the amount 
accumulated for the nights already spent. </li></ul>
